1. No Refunds or Returns – Protecting Clinical-Grade Standards

To maintain the integrity of our clinically formulated products, AthaCare adheres to a strict "No Refund & No Return" policy, except in cases of damaged or expired products. Our products are designed for use only under expert guidance after a personalized skin analysis.

2. When Refunds or Replacements Are Allowed

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • A. Damaged Products: Report within 48 hours with photos/videos.
  • B. Expired Products: Report within 48 hours with evidence of expiry date.
  • C. Incorrect Product Sent: Report within 48 hours for verification and exchange.

3. Cases That Do Not Qualify for Refunds or Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dislike of texture, fragrance, or personal preference
  • Skin reaction due to not following patch test procedure
  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Product not suiting personal skin type
  • Delayed reaction to active ingredients
  • Refusal to follow expert guidance before use

4. Customer Awareness & Agreement Before Purchase

Before completing your purchase, you must acknowledge that you have read and agreed to AthaCare's Refund & Return Policy. A checkbox will appear at checkout, confirming this agreement.

5. Storage & Handling Advisory

To ensure product efficacy, store items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Any damage due to improper storage is not eligible for refund or replacement.

6. Dispute Resolution & Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our decision, please escalate your case via email to quality@athacare.com. Our team will review and respond within 7 business days.

7. Bulk & Affiliate Orders Policy
